Dr. Samuel Sanchez is an Arizona Osteopathic Physician. He is a graduate of the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri (1992-1996).
He completed an Osteopathic residency in Family Medicine at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, in Long Beach, California (1996-1999).
